What to wear

• Temperatures in the mountainous areas are low, and it snows frequently in winter. Please be sure to wear anti-slip and waterproof shoes, warm coats, gloves, hats, and other cold-weather gear to ensure safety and comfort during your visit.

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• No refund will be issued in case of unforeseen events or extreme weather caused the following condition: The activity cannot follow the itinerary
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
