Reviews
We went in the ski park/resort on March 4 and it was snowing going up to the park. it was a great experience. This trip is just a simple transporation from osaka to biwako valley admission entrance then going back. you have to purchase for the admission with transport going up to the park by riding through the ropeway. Our driver was thoughtful and sends messages and updates thru our provided contacts. no talking in the van. just a direct to the point access. good for introverts as nothing much to talk to when going to the attraction. There are full gear rentals in the entrance with coin lockers and changing rooms. you can also rent at the top if you want. The park has restaurants and rental shope every spot if you plan to go further via the ski lifts. Just keep your entrance card always with you to access the ski lifts going to the parks main spots/buildings if you dont want to walk far also it will be used to go back to the main entrance below via the ropeway so don’t lose your card.

We had the best time here playing in the snow. Thank you to our tour guide Hua Hua, we love his kind and funny energy, he even sang a special song for us :). By far the best tour guide we've had as communicating and receiving information was easy.
A very relaxing journey. Lake Biwa Ski Resort is worth visiting, the scenery is picturesque and suitable for all ages. Sitting in a restaurant on the snowy mountain and enjoying lunch while looking at the beautiful scenery is the greatest enjoyment😎
The bus service was well organised and always on time. The driver was very approachable and polite, which made the trip comfortable. Our tour guide was extremely respectful and helpful throughout the day. We really enjoyed the trip and had a great overall experience.
good trip,a little bit bad about traffic jam on express way in Kyoto but when get the resort everything so beautiful as a rumor and snow is falling. My daughter so happy Recommended! get snow near Osaka 👍❤️
We had a wonderful experience with Joe as our tour guide. From the moment we boarded the bus, he was attentive and well-organized, making sure everyone was comfortable and clear on the day’s plan. Joe is friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a reliable and supportive tour guide.
Point-to-point transfers are very convenient. Lake Biwa in winter is covered in snow, which is very beautiful. There are play facilities for children, and you can also ski. I recommend booking ski equipment online in advance to save time.
Easy and stress free way to enjoy biwako valley. Luckily we searched for the pick up point a day earlier as there were 2 crab signage at that area.
