Paris Palace of Versailles Half-Day Tour with Audio Guide & Transfer

The Palace of Versailles is a worthwhile attraction to visit in Paris. The departure time for this tour was different from what was shown here, which could be problematic if you have other appointments in the evening or afternoon, or if there's traffic. The exit wasn't very easy to find either, but overall, the experience was still good.

Terrible! It was supposed to be a tour with transportation included, but we misunderstood and went directly to the Palace of Versailles. After arriving, we realized our mistake and immediately contacted Klook's email address, but we never received a reply. We accept that not being able to join the tour was our own mistake, so we can't really complain about that. Also, when we tried to buy tickets on the spot, they were already sold out, so there was nothing we could do, and we ended up not being able to participate. Even though it was our mistake, we sent an inquiry email, and if we had just received a single reply, we wouldn't have felt this anxious or dissatisfied. Honestly, I'm quite upset about being completely ignored. It's been a day, and there's still no reply. It was a disappointing tour.

I don't recommend it; it's better to go on your own. It's poorly organized, departs late, and returns late. I missed a reservation at Notre Dame because I didn't arrive on time. It doesn't deserve any stars, but I'm giving it one because it won't accept my review otherwise.

If you can't make it, you have to cancel two days in advance, which is a major flaw. I strongly advise against buying tickets too early.
