1. Visiting Xpeng Factory Base: You must bring your original ID card for entry. The entry QR code is dynamic and needs to be scanned on-site; scanning on behalf of others is not allowed.
2. To visit the Xpeng factory base, successful appointments cannot be rescheduled or transferred. Those who have not registered/verified their real names will not be allowed to enter.
3. Visit Xpeng factory base, age: 7–65 years old; infants and young children under 3 years old are not recommended to enter the factory.
4. When visiting the Xpeng factory base, strictly no touching of equipment. No stopping or taking photos in the robot operation area. Smoking is strictly prohibited throughout the factory area. Do not bring lighters, matches, or flammable and explosive items. Do not bring controlled knives, sharp objects, tripods, or large-capacity liquids.
5. When visiting the Xpeng factory base, please keep your mobile phone on silent or vibrate mode throughout the visit. Photography and video recording are prohibited in the core production lines, battery PACK area, and paint shop.
6. For foreign tourists without a Chinese mainland mobile phone number, please contact customer service one day before departure and provide a screenshot of your WeChat QR code. Other contact methods are not currently supported.
7. The driver will communicate with you using translation software or WeChat Translate. Please note that the driver serves as both driver and tour guide, but cannot accompany you on sightseeing or provide guided tour services. We will inform you of the itinerary and pick-up/drop-off locations via WeChat. Thank you for your understanding.
8. Haixinsha Science and Technology Island/Future Island: Closed on Mondays.
9. Please note: Foreign customers who test drive Xpeng vehicles must obtain a temporary entry driver's license in advance.

• Xpeng Motors visit itinerary: Weekend visits are arranged for Xpeng Motors Global Headquarters (Tianhe District, Guangzhou); weekday visits are arranged for Xpeng Motors Guangzhou Smart Manufacturing Base (Zengcheng Base).

What to wear

1. It is recommended to wear flat shoes / sports shoes, as high heels, slippers, and sandals are prohibited; wear long pants and long sleeves, and avoid skirts and shorts.
2. When entering the production area, safety helmets issued by the factory must be worn (children have exclusive styles) and must not be removed throughout the entire process.
3. Prohibited: Wearing loose ribbons or easily snagged clothing; not wearing jewelry or scarves; not tying up long hair.
