Warm and relaxing experience on the Catherine day cruise. The space is elegant, well-equipped, and very comfortable. The food was better than expected and the service was attentive. Would definitely come back! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

overall is good. just a bit of miscommunication between agent and driver. We almost miss the cruise, luckily the cruise waited for us. at first the van driver sent us to wrong location Catherine Cruise port as he mention that he just follow the location agent has share. after 10mins discuss he contact the agent then he sent us to the correct port which is at Danetion cafe waiting lounge (seaside), Sun port. Im happy as we still manage to join the cruise. 👍🏻👍🏻

I had an amazing experience on the Catherine Horizon Cruise in Ha Long Bay! The yacht is brand new, beautifully designed, and offers a truly luxurious atmosphere. From the stunning views to the delicious food and relaxing infinity pool, everything was perfect. The itinerary was well-organized, allowing us to explore caves, kayak, and fully enjoy the beauty of the bay in comfort. The cruise ship is very luxurious and well-equipped. The buffet offers many delicious and high-quality options. The staff are enthusiastic and professional. The full-day itinerary on the bay felt a bit long. Perhaps more entertainment options should be arranged during the trip.

The day cruise is definitely a highlight to my trip! We arrived in Ha Long a day before and just head to the pier by ourselves. The boarding is smooth and you could definitely feel this is a luxury cruise. Great food, great service, great itinerary. Our guide (Maddie?) is also really helpful. I recommend the kayak trip as well. definitely worth every penny!

1. The itinerary was poorly planned. We departed at 5 AM, spent over an hour picking up other passengers, and didn't arrive at Ha Long Bay until 8:30 AM. Then, we waited another 45 minutes before boarding the boat, which was a complete waste of my time. The return trip was even worse; we disembarked at 4:30 PM, the car picked us up at 5 PM, and then proceeded to pick up numerous passengers who were not part of our tour group. As a result, I wasn't dropped off at my hotel until 9 PM! This was the most frustrating part for me. 2. Regarding meals, the boat offered a lobster meal option, but I was never given the opportunity to purchase it, and the afternoon tea was also different from what was advertised. At over 600 RMB per person, the price is not cheap, yet the service I received was inferior to others. This was a very disappointing experience, especially since I would have chosen the lobster option if it had been available earlier.

What an amazing experience - everything went really well. Our guide went out of his way to make this an unforgettable day for us. We loved every minute! Spectacular scenery - would highly recommend! One of the best and attentive guides ever. Thank you!

The Cruise seems expensive then the rest but is worth every penny. Staff was very helpful and supportive. They helped in getting desired vegetarian options and considering us non vietnamesse, they accompanied us throughout the journey. Pickup and Drop very vehicles were also amazing

The ship is large and luxurious, and the food is quite good, especially the welcome cake. The itinerary is reasonable and not too packed.

the service was great although the drinks were not cold I don’t know about the other people experiences but thats what i got, the food was top notch, o had an excellent experience would recommend.
