The service is Excellent! … though The Japanese Tea House and Rabbit park is nothing 😂 The French Village is just a resort. The Bath Caves is Great. Lunch is not included.

Driver picked us up from our airbnb on time. Tour guide was very nice and told us many fun facts of the areas. Colmar Tropicale was fun filled with colorful architectures, very Instagramable place! Japanese village on the other hand was quite underwhelming, don't expect too much great for nature lover but beware of insects. Rabbit farm was ok you get to see cute animals so thats great. Batu caves was an experience be wary of aggresive monkeys and lastly, the batik workshop was intriguing as you get to see them make it live

Great and hassle free way to get to this place from Kuala Lumpur, driver was also a good tour guide who assisted us going around the Japanese Village, and gave free time for us to explore Colmar Bukit Tinggi area

We had a great experience with Gobi as our private tour guide from Kuala Lumpur to Colmar and back. The itinerary included stops at the Batu Cave, Batik retail, Japanese Garden, the nearby village, a rabbit farm, and Colmar itself. The entire journey was smooth and comfortable, thanks to Gobi’s excellent driving and well-maintained vehicle. Gobi was knowledgeable, informative, and shared interesting insights throughout the trip, which made the experience even more enjoyable. We felt well taken care of from start to finish. He shared interesting stories about Malaysia, its culture, history, and local life while we were on the way to each destination. He also gave us enough time to explore and take photos without feeling rushed. What made the tour extra special was that Raj introduced us to locally produced Malaysian fruits and local food, making the experience feel more authentic. 'LIMO MANI' is the best guide. I would like to give it a 10 out of 5. Because we are Korean, we had no contact information until we arrived in Malaysia. While waiting to be picked up, I called the number I received in the email the day before the tour and they answered the phone very kindly. Thanks to this, I was able to start the tour without any worries. There was enough time for the tour, and the Colmar and Japanese villages I visited were very pretty and good tourist destinations for taking pictures. Also, although there was heavy rain after the tour, 'MANI' was able to drive safely and return to the hotel comfortably. Our couple was lucky enough to get a private tour. Since we are traveling with 2 or more people, you may also be traveling privately. I would like to recommend a tour rather than a personal visit, and I had a happy day thanks to 'MANI'. Firstly the communication we had about the trip in the 24 hrs leading up to the trip was very helpful, we were contacted via WhatsApp with the driver info. We had a lovely driver called Mathan, who took us to the different locations, told us some info about the different areas and was a very pleasant man. It was lovely going to see the different locations and we had plenty of time at each one.

our assigned guide mani was extremely professional in his duties. arrived at our hotel early to wait for us and explained the tour package details on board and when we arrived at each attraction he would also gave us heads up on history and details. he is knowledgeable in his job and is helpful in providing culture & information about Malaysia when we asked. highly recommended guide. the day was well spent visiting the venue covered by the itinerary unexpectedly saw huge millipede and moth at the Japanese village and u can rent Japanese costume to take pictures. temperature is nice and cooling like Cameron Highlands

The tour takes you to many places as per the program. There is a stop at Batu Caves before going to Bukittinggi, which is a tourist attraction with a European style design. Inside, there are many places to stop and take photos. And on the way back there is a stop at a chocolate factory before the program ends. Overall ok.
