• Proceed to the pier address: Reef Fleet Terminal, Spence St 1, Cairns QLD 4870 (The ticket exchange location is a two-story white building, immediately behind an apartment complex. The first floor of the building houses all the ferry ticket offices.)
• This product is affected by weather and air traffic control. It may not be possible to travel one day in advance or on the same day. This is an irresistible force. In such cases, we will reschedule for you free of charge or provide a full refund, but no compensation will be given.
• Please bring the following items for your trip: sun hat, sunscreen, sun-protective clothing, swimwear, beach towel, small change (for buying drinks and snacks), camera, etc.
• After the order is successfully placed, you will receive an email confirmation. Please check your inbox promptly, and also your spam folder. The confirmation in the email serves only as your proof of participation for that day.
