Attraction information

• [Bear Ranch Fees] Tickets for the Showa Shinzan Bear Ranch and bear feed costs must be paid by visitors on-site. Reference fees: Adults approximately 1000 JPY, children approximately 500 JPY; bear feed costs approximately 200-300 JPY per serving (cookies approximately 200 JPY per bag, apples approximately 300 JPY per bag).
• 【Snowmobile Experience】Lake Toya snowmobiling is an optional activity, payable only in cash; if the experience is unavailable due to weather or operational reasons, it will be changed to a visit to the Lake Toya Observation Deck for sightseeing.
• 【Ice Cream Gift】Lake Hill Farm offers one scoop of ice cream per person, with flavors subject to availability on the day.

• Participants who appear intoxicated may be refused service. In this case, no refunds will be given

• For smooth entry, please refrain from wearing flip flops, shorts, tank tops, or sleeveless shirts
• Pets are prohibited
• It is your responsibility to inform the operator if you have any special health conditions. The operator is not responsible for any adverse effects which may arise from any treatment.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• In case of unforeseen events or extreme weather, the operator reserves the right to cancel the event. If this happens, you have the option to reschedule or request a full refund
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• The activity will be cancelled if there is not a minimum of 4 participants. If this happens, you'll get a rescheduled time or refund
