- Core Experience: Rooted in Water Towns, Showcasing the Charm of Jiangnan in Two Cities
- Enjoy Wuzhen Xizha: The Poetic Paradigm of Jiangnan Water Towns Regardless of the route, Wuzhen Xizha is the highlight of Jiangnan at the beginning. This place has been carefully renovated, preserving the traditional charm of blue bricks, black tiles, flowing water, and ancient bridges, while also harboring the life atmosphere of Caomubense Dye House, Xuchang Sauce Garden, and the Old Post Office, and integrating modern artistic quality.
- [Route 1 - Hangzhou Route]: From Poetic to Immersive Cultural Journey Seeking Charm in West Lake: As a World Heritage Site, take a cruise around the lake. The sparkling lake water reflects the distant mountains and nearby embankments. Personally experience Su Dongpo’s timeless artistic conception of “always beautiful whether heavily adorned or lightly dressed,” and unlock the gentleness and dynamism of West Lake. Exploring History at Leifeng Pagoda: This pagoda, carrying a thousand years of memories, has become a symbol of Hangzhou with its exquisite Oriental aesthetic architecture and the Legend of the White Snake. The pavilions, terraces, and landscape layout in the garden are exquisite, showing the art of garden creation that “although made by man, it seems to be created by nature” at every step. Listening to the Bell at Hanshan Temple: Hanshan Temple, one of the ten famous temples in China, has a history of more than 1,400 years. It is famous for Zhang Ji’s “Mooring at Night by Maple Bridge”: “Outside Gusu city lies Hanshan Temple, and the sound of its bell reaches the traveler’s boat at midnight.” The Grand Hall and the Sutra Library in the temple are scattered. Stop and listen to the bell, and you can resonate with thousands of years of history. Experiencing the Atmosphere of Shantang: Qili Shantang hides the vibrant charm of Suzhou. The bluestone road is matched with a rocking boat, and the pink walls and black tiles are hung with red lanterns. During the day, watch the awning boats shatter the sunset, and in the evening, the lights illuminate the river. The stinky tofu from Guan Laotai, Qianshi cake and other delicacies connect the memories of the taste buds, and understand the vibrant Suzhou in the atmosphere of the market.

Reviews
Hangzhou was good, but Wuzhen itinerary was boring. Should have start with Hang Zhou Song Dynasty first stay over night. Day 2 then move to Wuzhen. Hotel Li Cheng was not clean. but AI operation was good.
Wuzhen Water Town and Suzhou are both great tourist attractions, with super invincible scenery. Our guide, Xiao Ye, provided attentive explanations throughout the trip. She was professional and responsible, and, importantly, very beautiful 😻 Attractions: Full marks Itinerary: Satisfied Tour guide: Absolutely loved her
Despite the heavy rain during our two-day trip to Wuzhen and Suzhou, our tour guide, Xiao Ye, did an excellent job explaining the history and stories behind each attraction. She also had to manage the needs of various groups, which was truly not easy. She is a very professional and responsible guide. Even with the rain, we had a wonderful time learning about history and exploring different old streets. We would definitely join another tour with her if we have the chance.
overall the itinerary was insightful. however we were told to pay for group lunch, although not expensive but the quality is not fantastic. there were 2 tour guides. the male guide was not friendly but seems experienced. the female guide (小岳)was more friendly. she is humorous and able to inject fun throughout the trip. not easy to manage as team members don’t follow her instructions. the 3rd guide (can’t remember her name but she is native of Suzhou). she is gentle and explained the river cruise well. overall was a good trip but the group lunch need to be reviewed.
Well planned itinerary and attentive tour guide. Recommended.
The itinerary was very comfortable, allowing for a relaxed trip where we fully enjoyed the beautiful scenery, ate and drank happily, and had a great experience! It felt like stepping back in time, with history unfolding right before our eyes. It was truly a worthwhile journey! Many thanks to our two tour guides, Xiao Cai and Xiao Ye, for their company.
The scenery in Hangzhou and Wuzhen is picturesque, and the in-depth two-day tour was unforgettable. The magnificent views of West Lake were particularly captivating, and the tour guide's explanations were very professional, leaving travelers completely satisfied.
Thank you, tour guide Xiao Yang, for your diligent and thorough explanations and guidance. You were also very patient and constantly observed the group members' conditions. You are an excellent tour guide, and I hope the company treats her well! Give her a raise!
tour guide 小叶 was very knowledgeable. I learnt so much about China history during the tour. she gave information of China even when we were enrouting to our next destination. Tour was informative and we get to see what we wanted to.
The first day we went to Wuzhen by bus, and our tour guide, Liu, gave a patient explanation. Lunch and accommodation were acceptable. The second day we went from Wuzhen to Hangzhou, transferring from a small car to a minibus. The seats were a bit cramped and could be improved. Our tour guide, Yue, and the minibus driver were both very talkative and friendly.
