Really great experience. Great car. even though we mistakenly thought this is fron Shanghai to Suzhou, they are very accomodating and gave us an option to be picked up from our hotel in shanghai and drove us around suzhou.

Driver Bu very helpful in suzhou. he even help me to buy a ticket online. its legit & recommended. if u cant speak chinese, better use deepseek, pleco or google translate voice. but its trusted :) he picked me up be4 im arrive in suzhou, and take us around the city.

Driver came early and waited for us at the lobby with a signage of our name. He is very flexible with the schedule and will accommodate to all our requests on the trip. However, I paid slightly more for a 7 seater luxurious car and the car really reeked of cigarette smoke. I think the driver smokes in the car. The smell is really quite bad.
