Begin your experience by crafting your own custom spirit in our immersive Blending Class. You'll explore a range of botanicals and flavour profiles before blending your perfect drop using one of our base spirits (Gin, Vodka, or Rum), or in our non-alcoholic base option. Once bottled, your bespoke 200ml creation is yours to take home. Transition into a relaxed dining experience where each guest will have the option of choosing one small, and one large plate to make up a two course meal.
