Review for: From Macau to Hong Kong · Macau | Galaxy Macau · Hong Kong | Prince Edward Shanghai Street

The location is clear, and the process is straightforward. There's no need to exchange for physical tickets; you can use the QR code immediately after purchase. Children are free according to age. Boarding is at the Galaxy Macau lobby, Diamond Lounge. If you have any questions or concerns, go into the Galaxy and turn right; there's a very large counter. The staff wears bright orange suits. The bus is on time. Mine departed at 12:15 and arrived at Prince Edward at 13:45. When going through immigration, take your luggage with you. There's a bit of walking at Macau immigration, so allow plenty of time. If you miss it, wait for the next bus. Walk back to C6. At Hong Kong immigration, there's less walking; boarding is at C3, which is easy in 20 minutes. At the Prince Edward office, if you want to buy a return ticket, it's located right at the parking spot.

Smooth and hassle-free journey! I booked the Hong Kong–Macau Shared Bus by Trans-Island ChinaLink (one-way) through Klook and the whole process was super easy — the e-voucher appeared instantly and check-in at the bus terminal was quick and well organised. The coach itself was clean, comfortable and air-conditioned with ample luggage space. Crossing the Hong Kong–Zhuhai–Macau Bridge was a unique experience with beautiful views along the way, and immigration procedures were straightforward. A very convenient and reliable way to travel from Hong Kong to Macau — highly recommend!

If you chose the China Hong Kong City for departure, you need to get to the basement area of the mall then find the staff wearing an orange uniform. The bus will be there. Do not wait and take the bus in front of the mall or along the street even if you see a sign that the bus is going to Macau, that’s a different bus and your ticket will not be honored.

Review for: From Hong Kong to Macau · Hong Kong | China Hong Kong City · Macau | Grand Lisboa Macau

I was satisfied with the comfortable bus ride. I boarded in Kowloon. There's a large area on the mezzanine concourse of China Ferry Terminal in Tsim Sha Tsui with bus and ferry ticket counters. About 15 minutes before departure, I went to the bus ticket counter, mentioned my reservation, and an attendant led me to the underground bus stop. During the journey, we had to get off the bus twice to go through immigration: once for Hong Kong exit and once for Macau entry. I was also given an English paper with instructions for passing through immigration. After passing through immigration, you cannot return to the original bus stop, so you board a different bus at a stop in the post-immigration area. In my case, the same bus was used for Kowloon to Hong Kong immigration and Hong Kong immigration to Macau immigration (the same bus was dispatched to the area after Hong Kong immigration). A different bus was provided for Macau immigration to the Grand Lisboa Hotel. When passing through immigration, you are informed that if you don't return to the bus within 20 minutes, it will depart without waiting. This might be concerning for first-time travelers, but if the bus does leave without you, there are staff members wearing the company's colored polo shirts prominently stationed in each post-immigration area. If you speak to them, they will guide you to the next bus, so it's fine. To help staff in the post-immigration area identify their passengers, you are given a round sticker at departure and asked to place it in a visible spot, such as your shoulder or chest. I was a bit worried before departure because I wasn't sure about the immigration procedures, but it turned out to be manageable once I was there.

If you’re departing from Venetian Macau - HK, have your QR code ready and ask the lobby concierge to print the actual tickets for you! (Yes - they will print it! That way you won’t have to deal with an angry lady outside. Once you have your actual tickets, there is a waiting area just across the East Wing Lobby (see last 2 photos). You will be asked to go down the bus twice - Macau Immigration and HK Immigration where in both occasions you will only have 20 minutes to accomplish otherwise the bus will leave you. This gave us a panic attack at first but the next bus (from the same company of course!) will normally accommodate you but still better to be there on time especially if you’re going back to HK at night. Hope this helps!

Very seamless travel arrangement coming from Macau back to HK after a day tour. We we're even accommodated for an earlier schedule than what we have. We almost had the whole bus to ourselves, literally just 7 passengers on the trip (including us)!

I'm writing this for the public good! For those traveling from Macau's Grand Lisboa to Hong Kong: if you're facing the main entrance of the Grand Lisboa, walk straight to the left of the hotel building. You'll find booths and lines for border crossing. Go to the second booth from the front, where the person in the red uniform is, for Chinalink/HK-M Express. You can buy your ticket there and get in line! You don't need to stand in the SJM line under the tent!!! I literally spent an hour sweating and wandering around trying to find this... Klook customer service was no help either... +I get severe seasickness, so I took the bus back to Hong Kong, and it was 100 times better than the ferry! It's amazing to cross such a huge bridge over the sea, and it's even faster than the ferry. Of course, there's a time crunch because you have to rush through immigration and customs in under 20 minutes, but there's always another bus, so it's fine. It's actually quite fun, like a mission... haha.

We had a struggle finding the East Wing of The Venetian Macao because there’s no signage. So for others purchasing the same ticket, go to the MAIN LOBBY. It’s the same as the East Wing. Then on the side claim for your tickets using the qr code from your voucher. And then ask the staff where is the queue outside, then you’re good to go!

Review for: From Hong Kong to Macau · Hong Kong | Tsuen Wan Tak Hoi Street · Macau | The Venetian Macau

It's quite convenient. I chose to board in Tsuen Wan because my hotel was nearby, so I could take the bus directly without needing to exchange tickets. However, you do need to find the bus stop. First, you'll be taken to immigration for departure, then you'll switch to another vehicle to Macau, and then go through immigration in Macau. (When I entered Macau, if you had luggage, they made everyone queue for the elevator and wouldn't let you use the escalator.) Then you switch to another vehicle to Macau city. I really recommend having a Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents so you don't have to keep waiting in long lines.

Review for: The Venetian Macao · Prince Edward Shanghai Street

From Macau to Hongkong we tried riding a bus for the experience and it took us 2 hours to go back to Hongkong. The only problem we’ve encountered was the QR code of my friend’s booking won’t print and the guy who facilitates the booking was so rude. Good thing we tried talking to the receptionist at the Venetian and she’s kind enough to help us print the ticket of my friend. Other than that, we had a smooth ride going back to Hongkong.
