• Regarding tour guide information: The supplier will notify you of the meeting location, time, tour guide contact information, etc. via email by 9:00 PM Japan time the day before departure. If you do not receive the email, please check your junk mail folder first, and if you do not receive it, please contact the supplier in a timely manner. If you receive multiple emails, the latest email received will prevail.
• Regarding itinerary adjustments: This product may be adjusted based on factors such as weather. To ensure your safety, staff members reserve the right to ask guests to suspend outdoor activities and will communicate with you to make alternative arrangements. The specific situation will be based on the actual conditions of the day.
• [Regarding Baggage Privileges] Each person can bring one piece of luggage free of charge. For any additional pieces, you can pay 2,000 Japanese Yen/piece to the driver on-site. • 【About Driver-Guide Service】Reference vehicle models: 5-8 seater car: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seater car: Toyota HAICE or equivalent; 18-22 seater car: small bus; 22+ seater car: large bus. The above vehicles are for reference only. Driver-guide service: 4-13 people for a refined small group; Driver + Guide service: 14-45 people for a bus group. The actual arrangement will be adjusted according to the number of participants on the day of departure. The driver-guide primarily focuses on driving, with explanations as a secondary role.
• Regarding refunds for lateness: As day trips are carpool services, if you are late at the meeting point or attraction, the supplier will not wait, and no refund will be given.
• Regarding the meeting point: Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. We recommend that you arrive at the meeting point in advance so as not to miss the departure time. This tour is a shared ride, and in order to protect the rights and interests of all passengers and ensure the smooth progress of the tour, we will depart on time. We will not wait for latecomers, please forgive us. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it temporarily. If you are unable to board the bus due to a change of meeting point for personal reasons, you will not be refunded.
• Regarding the end time: Due to the long journey, the actual arrival time will be affected by factors such as traffic and weather. The above time is only an estimate. Please avoid arranging other activities after the itinerary on the same day. Our company will not be responsible for any losses caused by delays. Thank you for your understanding.
• 【Warm Reminder for Carrying Ski Equipment】If you are bringing your own ski equipment (such as snowboards, ski boots, etc.), please be sure to inform us in advance so that we can reserve space for you and arrange a suitable vehicle. If not informed in advance, it may not be possible to place the equipment in the vehicle on the day due to insufficient space, which would affect your ride and participation in the itinerary. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation!
• Regarding playtime: The transportation, tour, and stay times involved in the itinerary are subject to the actual conditions of the day. In case of special circumstances (such as traffic jams, weather conditions, etc.), the tour guide may reasonably adjust the order of play, depending on the actual situation and with the consent of the guests, without reducing the attractions in the itinerary.
• Regarding leaving the group mid-tour: It is not allowed to leave the group early or mid-tour during the group itinerary. If you choose to leave the group mid-tour, the uncompleted portion will be regarded as a voluntary abandonment, and no refund will be given. You will be responsible for any accidents that may occur after leaving the group, please understand.
• 【Regarding Force Majeure】Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, crowds, and other factors on the day. If we do not receive a clear official notice to cancel the event, we will arrange according to the original plan, such as flower season or special events can not meet expectations, no refund. • Regarding the safekeeping of personal belongings: Please take care of your personal belongings and try not to carry valuables. If they are lost or damaged during the trip, you will be responsible for the loss.
• Regarding bus riding regulations: Eating strongly scented foods and ice cream inside the bus is prohibited. If personal conduct results in damage to the bus equipment or soiling of the vehicle, compensation will be required based on the bus company's actual repair or cleaning costs.
• 【Regarding infants under three years old】 They can participate for free, but you must inform customer service in advance and complete the remarks. If you do not explain in advance, you may be refused to board the bus on site due to vehicle headcount restrictions. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. No seats will be arranged and must be held by a guardian throughout the journey.

• 【About the Risks of Skiing Activities】Skiing, snowboarding, and snow activities carry certain risks. • 【Equipment and Clothing】To reduce the risk of injury, wearing a helmet is strongly recommended while skiing. Please wear cold-proof and waterproof clothing suitable for snow activities, and prepare cold-weather items such as gloves, hats, and goggles. After renting equipment such as skis and snow boots, please check if the size and bindings are appropriate. If any abnormalities are found, please contact the rental staff immediately.
• 【Weather and Ski Resort Operations】The snow depth, snow quality, open slopes, and lift operating status at the ski resort may vary due to weather and on-site conditions on the day. Due to heavy snow, strong winds, insufficient snow, equipment maintenance, or other reasons, some slopes or lifts may be temporarily closed. If the ski resort is operating normally, but some facilities or slopes cannot be used due to on-site conditions, this is generally not within the travel agency's control. • If the number of participants suddenly decreases to below the minimum group size within 3 days before departure, the organizer may still contact you to process a full refund and cancel the activity, or negotiate a rescheduling.
