• [Regarding License Plate and Guide Information] The supplier will notify you of the tour meeting place, time, guide, and license plate information via email by 21:00 Japan time on the day before departure. If you have not received the email, please check your spam folder first. If you still have not received it, please contact the supplier promptly. In case you receive multiple emails, the most recently received email shall prevail.
• [Regarding Luggage Privileges] Each person is allowed one piece of luggage for free. Any extra luggage beyond that can be paid for on-site at 2,000 JPY per piece to the driver-guide. Please be sure to add a note when placing your order. If you do not notify us in advance, the driver-guide has the right to refuse boarding, and the tour fee is non-refundable.
• [About Driver-Guide Service] Driver-guide service: 4-13 person boutique small group; Driver + guide service: 14-45 person bus group, which will actually be adjusted according to the number of people on the tour that day. The driver-guide mainly focuses on driving, supplemented by commentary.
• [Regarding Force Majeure] Arrival times for each itinerary may vary depending on traffic conditions, weather, holidays, and crowd levels on the day. In the event of the aforementioned or other force majeure factors, the tour guide reserves the right to adjust and curtail the itinerary on-site, and refunds cannot be requested on this basis.
• [Regarding Late Arrival and Refunds] Since the day tour is a carpooling service, if you arrive late at the meeting point or attraction, the supplier will not wait and no refunds will be issued.
• [About the vehicle model] Reference models: 5-8 seat vehicle: Toyota Alphard; 9-14 seat vehicle: Toyota Hiace or equivalent; 18-22 seat vehicle: minibus; 22+ seats: large bus. • [Regarding the Meeting Point] Please be sure to confirm the meeting point before departure. Once the meeting point is confirmed, please do not change it at the last minute. If you are unable to board the vehicle due to changing the meeting point for personal reasons, no refund will be issued.
• [Regarding the Dispersal Location] The dispersal location is the same as the meeting point by default. If you have any special requirements, please note them in advance.

Vehicle & luggage info

• The operator has the right to refuse a reservation if the group size or luggage exceeds the capacity of the reserved vehicle. In this case, no refunds will be issued

Cancellation policy

• You'll get a full refund if you cancel at least 24 hour(s) before the activity date (destination local time)
• If you've participated in at least one activity, visited at least one attraction or used one of the tickets, refunds can't be issued
• Lost, stolen or damaged tickets can't be refunded

• The voucher is valid only on the specified date (and time if applicable)
