• When the Biwako Valley Ropeway is temporarily closed for maintenance, we will also visit Sanzen-in Temple. During the closure for inspection: June 29 (Monday) to July 3 (Friday) and September 7 (Monday) to September 11 (Friday). Please note that we will also visit Sanzen-in Temple on the dates mentioned above.

The email will include: guide contact information, driver details, meeting point map, and important notes. Please be sure to check your email, including your spam folder. • [About Seating Arrangements] This itinerary is for a group tour, and seats are arranged on a first-come, first-served basis. For special requests, please note them when placing your order; the final arrangement will be subject to on-site coordination by the tour guide.

• 【Regarding Luggage】 Each traveler may carry 1 standard piece of luggage free of charge. Please note this in the "Special Requirements" when placing your order. The tour guide has the right to refuse your boarding, and the fee will not be refunded.
• 【About Vehicle Models】 We will arrange suitable vehicle models (such as commercial vehicles, medium-sized buses, or large buses) based on the actual number of travelers. Specific vehicle models cannot be designated.
• 【Regarding leaving the group midway】 This itinerary is for a combined group tour, and you cannot leave the group midway or depart early. If you leave the group midway on your own, the remaining itinerary will be considered automatically forfeited, and no refund will be given. Any problems or expenses arising from this will be borne by you.
