Qingdao Underwater World

• First, at the Dream Jellyfish Palace, you will see thousands of jellyfish vying for beauty under the light. Then, you can visit the Seal Pavilion to see the adorable seals, sea lions, and penguins. You can also see various marine life specimens such as sperm whales, swordfish, and sea turtles at the Marine Specimen Pavilion, which boasts a rich collection in China.
• Next, the "Underwater World" pavilion, built entirely underground, will give you a full range of underwater vision. You can stroll through the fully transparent underwater tunnel, feel the fish swimming around you, or watch clownfish and other tropical fish swim around the coral through the cylindrical display tank.
• The live underwater performance in the Ocean Theater is also very popular. You can enjoy the thrilling "Man and Shark Dance," the beautiful and dreamy "Mermaid" performance, and sometimes even see humorous skits performed by divers underwater.
• After learning about marine life, you can finally visit the Freshwater Creature Pavilion to see rare freshwater creatures such as Arapaima, Chinese sturgeon, and giant salamanders, and witness the elegance of these "living fossils."
• Qingdao Underwater World has multiple pavilions. The visiting route is one-way and you cannot go back. Enter from the entrance on the south side of Laiyang Road and exit from the north side of Laiyang Road. Recommended route: Jellyfish Palace - Seal Pavilion - Marine Biology Museum - Whale Pavilion - Underwater World - Freshwater Biology Museum (one-way tour, no backtracking)

Underwater World is located on the west side of the First Bathing Beach. It is a theme pavilion displaying the underwater environment and marine life. Here, you can not only see many living marine animals and biological specimens, but also enjoy wonderful underwater performances, which is very suitable for family tours.
