- Vehicle Information: 23 -Seater Vehicle, Toyota or Coaster/Fuso Rosa or similar, Group of 22 passenger(s) or less, Accommodates up to 18 standard sized luggage(s).
- Luggage Allowances: Standard Luggage Size, 24 inch (59 cm x 41 cm x 24 cm). Larger bags will be cconsidered 2 pieces.

Our driver, Xiao Liu, is truly amazing. He's very patient, polite, and willing to help. He's a 100-point driver, and the car is very comfortable, like business class on an airplane, with adjustable leg rests and reclining seat backs. Xiao Liu is very punctual, always arriving early but never rushing you. We are truly grateful to him. All our photos are of Mount Fuji.
I was very lucky to have such a satisfying experience on my first private car tour, and I met Master Ni, who was super friendly, kind, and courteous. The car was very comfortable and clean, and the driver was very experienced. I recommend that friends coming to Kawaguchiko and Hakone book a private car tour like I did, so you can easily experience Hakone and Kawaguchiko.
Thank you for serving us. We are very grateful that no extra charges were imposed, even though we made some changes to the itinerary. We truly appreciate their consideration. Alhamdulillah. However, we did feel a bit uncomfortable with the driver. He was unable to speak English, despite our prior request, and he was not very friendly. Perhaps he is still young and lacks experience, or maybe our expectations were a bit high 😅. Overall, we arrived home safely and were happy that the 2-day tour to the Mount Fuji area went well 🥰.
the operator did not give any name of the driver, driver did not show up until the day of my departure and klook is also very slow responding my complaint, now even my booking being set as completed without we getting any of the service. dont book this.
