My 4 year old son enjoyed it a lot. Wasn’t too crowded when I went and made it even more fun for my son. All the staff were very friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

The soft material of the inflatable park effectively prevents injuries, allowing children to grow safely while playing. For families, it is also a great place to enhance parent-child interaction and enjoy happy times.

The best choice for indoor activities, the venue is decorated with colorful arrangements which are very attractive. Klook makes it easy and fast to purchase tickets, and the staff makes meticulous arrangements to satisfy children's play experience.

So fun! The venue is huge! I was sweating after just 25 minutes. The kids loved it and want to come back. $68 per person for 25 minutes is a bit pricey. It cost over $200 for 2 adults and 1 child. Offering a cup of Teakha bubble tea would make it feel like a better deal😅

Safety is our top priority. Our staff will guide and ensure the safety of children, preventing them from jumping from high places. Please walk slowly in the ball pit. Kids have fun, and parents can relax.

Buying tickets online is convenient and easy. However, the venue is quite large and the air conditioning isn't quite sufficient, so you might work up a sweat.

The place is very spacious, perfect for children to play, and conveniently located right above the subway station. The staff is also very friendly.

Consider expanding the venue area and adding more interactive booths to further enhance the participation experience. The Peppa Pig Summer Fun event is relatively expensive, with the price only covering one participant. We hope that the fees can be reduced in the future to compete with other family-friendly activities in the Greater Bay Area.

Buying tickets online was very convenient, and redemption was quick. The kids had a lot of fun seeing Peppa Pig and the souvenirs were great. However, 25 minutes wasn't quite enough time, and the fact that adults and children pay the same price is a bit expensive. The complimentary bubble tea had to be consumed on-site, but there was no such restaurant at the venue, which was a bit of a planning failure.
