The package was excellent, including breakfast and dinner. The room had a small pool, allowing for private swimming. Any issues with the room, transfers, etc., were promptly handled by customer service, which was very satisfying. All staff members at the hotel were polite and provided attentive service. The room was clean, spacious, and comfortable.

Cleanliness: The hotel is new and clean. Breakfast: Wide variety and delicious. Service: Arrived at 15:30 but the room wasn't ready until 17:00. The customer service arranged for the children to play in the playhouse, and then arranged for drinks in the restaurant while waiting. The service was very good. The children even said they want to come again next month for their birthday.
