Buying tickets through Klook is slightly cheaper, and the staff are quick (5-7 minutes), so you don't have to wait in line to buy tickets. The onsen is high-class with full services; I especially liked the Japanese onsen and the dry sauna (the dry sauna and water temperature were just right, suitable for Vietnamese people). There are many beautiful photo spots for those who love to take pictures.

I really like it!! It's clean and well organized in a Japanese style!! It's Vietnam, so there's nothing you can do about the fact that there are a lot of Vietnamese people... Considering that, the staff are all kind and nice. I would like to visit again next time when there aren't many Vietnamese people!! It's clean and nice. I'm worried that it will get crowded because word has spread that it's okay.

The facilities are clean and overall very nice. However, for those purchasing VIP tickets, there's one thing you should know in advance. I purchased it because it was originally advertised as including food and beverage services worth 350,000 VND, but when I arrived, it wasn't in the form of a voucher. Instead, I was given a set lunch that seemed to be worth less than 100,000 VND. I'm satisfied with the facilities, but the benefits included with the ticket differed greatly from what was advertised, so please keep this in mind when making your decision.

We arrived at 12:15 PM but had to wait until 1:00 PM to enter because the staff couldn't find our Klook booking, while customers who bought tickets directly at the counter were able to enter immediately. The security guard was rude and spoke loudly to us, saying that because we booked through a sales agent instead of buying directly at the counter, we had to wait for them. I believe that whether we buy directly or through an agent like Klook, they should ensure that our information is readily available and that we receive service from the start. I don't feel safe for my family with the attitude of the security staff here.
