the luggage pick up was on time, just a reminder the shop opens at 11am, so pre plan the pick up time ahead! But no worries, the station has F&B for a quick bite while waiting

easy convenient as the merchant just pick up from the hotel and we collected form the train . be mindful the outlet open only 11am

It's really terrible. When I arrived at the site, the voucher could not be used. It said that it had been used. I asked the customer service and they said they would reply within 2 working days. I waited for a week and there was no reply or refund.
