We thought there would be more explaining and talking and guiding during the tour. It felt more like a chartered ride instead. The other passengers sharing the ride with us had the same feeling too.. Driver was really kind though. I highly suggest contacting them before your trip and confirming your booking, or your booking might be forgotten. That almost happened to us. Thankfully they managed to slot us in with another existing group. Experience was definitely more chinese-speaking oriented despite opting for the english-speaking selection.

This Kamakura day trip is a must-do! Our driver was next-level awesome—dude is so polite and full of passion. He even snapped sick shots of us at the Slam Dunk spot. Riding the Enoden train with ocean views hitting different 🌊

We were expecting a tour as the activity name suggests but what we got was a car service. The driver brought us from one place to another and gave us instructions but did not actually come with us on the tourist spots. We wasted time getting lost and the driver got mad for us getting late on coming back.
This one-day tour in Kamakura was a great experience! The itinerary was well arranged, the tour guide explained professionally, and the Great Buddha of Kamakura was impressive. The traffic was smooth, the time was ample, and the overall experience was relaxing and enjoyable. I highly recommend it!
This is a self-guided tour. We were expecting a guided tour as the activity name suggests but details of the tour was only given few days before the activity. The driver/guide will bring you to the places based on itinerary and will give instructions but will not come with you
we arrived at the meeting place half an hour early and the guide did not show up. none of the contact details worked. I tired the email, call, and message. I’m a solo traveller with my daughter and I have no way of contacting Klook. I emailed customer service and got no response. I have booked my whole trip through Klook and now terrified this will happen again
The driver didnot show up. We waited 2 and half hour to be disappointed because no one showed up. we contacted klook and they tried to contact guide, however no success. Klook provided us with refund, however it was very disappointing experience.
Lousy! The driver no show causing me and my family so disappointed! contacted Klook customer support and was passed from 1 agent to another and was told that they will get back to me within 24 hours with regards to my refund and that was on the 12/12! I’m now back in Singapore and still no words from Klook! I wanted to give 0 star but I can’t so pls take note
