I purchased my Osaka Expo 2025 tickets through Klook and the process was really smooth. The booking was straightforward, payment was easy, and I instantly received my voucher with a Ticket ID. Linking it to my Expo ID account took a few steps, but the instructions from Klook were clear enough to follow. On the day of the event, entry was hassle-free — just showed the QR code and got in. The Expo itself was amazing and overwhelming, with so many pavilions and cultural experiences to explore. Some popular pavilions required advance reservations or lottery, which was a bit tricky, but that’s part of how the Expo is set up, not Klook’s fault. Overall, I’m glad I booked with Klook because it saved me the stress of using the official site (which can be confusing for international users). Definitely recommend it for travelers who want a more convenient way to secure their tickets.

ease of booking on Klook: Fast and convenient experience: awesome! Booking the weekday ticket through Klook was super easy! I got a PDF with my ticket ID right after payment, and I used it to reserve my entry time and gate. Everything was smooth and quick. Weekdays are less crowded than weekends, so I could enter some places without waiting too long. But heads up: it can get really hot, and there’s not much shade. Bring water, sunscreen, and comfy shoes! Also, you can bring foldable chair so you can have something to sit on while waiting in line. Have fun!
ease of booking on Klook: very easy. same day booking price:great price, specially the night ticket is cheaper. experience: great experience, limited time only for the expo facilities: very large facility
Booking my Expo ticket through Klook was incredibly convenient and straightforward. The process was quick, and I received instant confirmation with a mobile voucher, making entry to the event seamless. It saved me time and hassle, allowing me to focus on enjoying the Expo's diverse attractions and innovations. Klook's platform proved to be a reliable choice for a smooth ticketing experience.
An Unforgettable Journey at Osaka Expo 2025: A Vision of the Future! Visiting the Osaka Expo 2025, held on Yumeshima Island from April 13 to October 13, 2025, was an awe-inspiring adventure that left me buzzing with excitement! Themed "Designing Future Society for Our Lives," this global spectacle brought together over 160 countries and organizations, showcasing cutting-edge technology, vibrant cultural displays, and a shared vision for a sustainable future. The moment I stepped onto the Expo grounds, I was struck by the sheer scale and creativity, with the iconic Grand Ring—a massive, 2-kilometer-long wooden structure designed by Sou Fujimoto—stealing the show. Its intricate, temple-inspired joinery and rooftop boardwalk offered breathtaking views of Osaka Bay and the sprawling pavilion landscape below.
I bought a night ticket for Wednesday thinking there would be less people and to surprise the crowd is still packed even in the middle of summer. I was able to enter the expo 15 minutes earlier and I am very relieved since I came a bit early.
i do not recommend coming here during summer with senior citizens. super hirap kasi walang shade most of the time. madaling pumasok sa mga places na walang pila. doon lang may aircon if ever sad life. pero para lang din siyang expo sa pinas na may ibat ibang bansa lang na nafifeature lol
My advice to anyone planning to attend: come prepared. The most popular pavilions—especially those from tech-forward nations and hosts of immersive experiences—will likely draw long lines. Be ready to wait, and pack comfortable shoes, water, and sun protection. To make the most of your visit, plan your itinerary ahead of time. Study the map, prioritize the pavilions and events you most want to see, and take advantage of the Expo’s mobile app and real-time updates for queue times and scheduling. Consider visiting on weekdays or during off-peak hours if you want a less crowded experience.
Once payment is complete, a PDF containing your ticket ID will be sent immediately. Link this ticket ID to your Expo ID to reserve your entry date, time, and gate. This process is very simple. You can also reserve pavilions in advance by lottery, so we recommend that you enter. Entry from the West Gate in the morning is smoother than from the East Gate. In addition to buses and taxis, a walking route from the East Gate has also been established for the West Gate, but walking 1.6km without resting in the scorching heat will drain your energy, so it is best to avoid this. It is said that it is easy to make same-day reservations at the Gundam Pavilion. Try to aim for times when same-day reservations are available, such as 12:00 or 15:00.
