We came from Taiwan. We found a Chinese tour guide for the convenience of communication during the multi-day tour. The person serving us was Evan, a young, promising, and gentle Surabaya university student. He assisted us in coordinating our rich itinerary for the past few days. He also took the initiative to provide other solutions to make up for the fact that we were unable to visit the waterfall due to heavy rain. It is really a very good company. Finally, they helped us buy the ferry tickets from Java to Bali and sent us on board, which is really commendable. And the driver was very hardworking and worked hard these days.
