1.Gather at the place of experience. 2.Enjoy today’s welcome drink. While having the welcome drink, learn about Japanese tea that you will enjoy today. 3.Compare sencha (Fukamushi, Haruka, Midori, Shizuku), brown rice tea, and hojicha. Serve 6 types of Japanese tea in the best way to make the deliciousness of tea. After you look at the color and shape of the tea leaves, make tea and serve it, so you can enjoy the color, fragrance, and taste. After enjoyed tea, please try to eat Gyokuro’s tea leaves with Ponzu source. 4.Enjoy Japanese black tea and homemade tea sweets. 5.Make Ousucha (matcha) using a bamboo tea whisk by yourself.
Once you've completed your experience, you'll still be able to make matcha at home.
