Pre-Departure Notice

We will contact you between 17:00 and 21:00 the day before departure via the contact information you provided. If you do not receive the information, please check your email, including your spam folder. During peak tourist season, there may be a slight delay in sending emails. If you receive multiple emails, please refer to the latest one. If you do not receive the travel information, please arrive at the meeting point 10 minutes before the meeting time on the day of departure and look for the JRT tour guide flag. • In the event of traffic restrictions due to the fireworks display, the itinerary and time of the day will be adjusted. Thank you for your understanding.
• Guests without fireworks display tickets can watch from the free viewing area.
• If the number of participants does not meet the minimum group size, the tour will be cancelled. An email notification will be sent 4 days prior to departure.
• In the event of bad weather such as typhoons or snowstorms, a decision will be made on whether to cancel the tour by 18:00 (local time) 1 day prior to departure, and you will be notified by email as soon as possible.
• Please wear comfortable clothing and shoes and bring your own warm clothing (if needed).
• The above itinerary is for reference only, and traffic conditions are beyond our control. Please avoid scheduling activities for the evening. We apologize for any delays.
• The company is not responsible for and cannot provide refunds or rescheduling due to transportation, weather, or other force majeure factors that prevent participation in the tour or result in poor-quality scenery photos. Thank you for your understanding.
• Tour schedules and duration at each attraction may be adjusted due to traffic congestion, facility maintenance, etc. Please inform those who are aware of this.
• The company will not provide refunds for participants who abandon the tour midway for personal reasons.
• Please be sure to arrive at the designated meeting point at the designated time and do not be late. As this tour cannot be transferred to other routes or joined midway, if you are unable to participate in the day tour due to your own reasons, you will be responsible for the corresponding losses. • This tour only provides guidance in Chinese or Japanese. If you require an English-speaking guide, please indicate this when placing your order. We will arrange accordingly depending on availability, but cannot guarantee it. If there is no indication, a Chinese-speaking guide will be provided by default. Thank you for your understanding.
• Children under 3 years old who require a seat must purchase a ticket, which is the same price as an adult ticket, and this must be noted.
• Vehicle type: Vehicle will be dispatched according to the number of people. When there are few participants, a driver who also serves as an attendant will provide full tour service. No additional tour leader will be assigned. Thank you for your understanding.
• During the fireworks season, crowds are large and there is a possibility of severe traffic jams. We recommend bringing your own light snacks.

* Day tours do not include personal travel and personal accident insurance. If needed, please purchase your own. Outdoor activities and high-risk sports involve specific risks and dangers. You must assess your own health or ability. The company is not liable for any physical damage or injury caused by accidents or unforeseen factors. Thank you for your understanding.

* After the tour departs, if it is forced to stop due to natural disasters or force majeure, the fee will not be refunded, and passengers will be responsible for their own return or additional accommodation costs.

* During peak travel times on Japanese public holidays and weekends, there are often serious traffic jams or attractions close early. It is recommended not to book flights, Shinkansen, or dinners for the evening and to bring your own light snacks and a portable charger.
