The staff are friendly and polite and explain the game in detail. You can play games and exercise at the same time. It is a great value to buy an hour and play all the games.

A rare location in the urban area of Hong Kong, extremely convenient. The employees were kind and courteous, and explained the gameplay and safety matters personally. Our family also had a great time.

Both kids and adults had a great time , a nice experience, the sports games are quite tiring thou.

Extremely disappointed with the AME studio where after booking the Klook tickets, there is a clause in the booking itself that the ticket holders are required to pre book the date and time with the host and provide one day in advance booking for the host to "slot" the booking into their "busy" schedule. Secondly, the booking itself is unclear in terms of the number of games that can be played for each ticket. In the end, I felt short changed by the booking selection made. I have made many Klook attraction bookings and booked attraction tickets on other platform, this is the first time I am extremely disappointed on how AME handled the situation and how Klook did not put the information on prior booking with the host obvious enough rather than as details in the booking description. A prompt to prebook with the host during the ticket booking or reminder would have helped, or have the pre booking with host show up on the Klook website. Made two trips to the same venue in a foreign country for one booking is an utter waste of time. There are better options out there.

After purchasing Zuo Fei from Klook, I received a notification that several machines needed to be repaired on the day of the event. I wanted to ride the horse riding machine the most, but I didn’t have Zuo Fei. I thought that the extra money for the ski machine did not count towards the 1 hour of activity time. I had the same experience. It wastes a lot of time except for equipment...

The play time is very short and not worth the price. Each game can only be played for three minutes, and the sensors are not very sensitive. There are only a few staff in the entire venue, the explanations are not professional, and it is highly not recommended.
