Don't book it, the tour guide didn't show up at all. We were supposed to meet at 7.45, but I waited from 7.30 to 8.30, but the tour guide didn't show up and no one contacted me. It's a scam tour, unheard of, and ruined my whole day in Japan. I couldn't contact the official customer service either, haha.

The car model will be arranged according to the number of applicants. If the group is less than 13 people, a driver and tour guide will be assigned. No additional tour guide will be arranged. The driver and tour guide will give a brief introduction and will not get off the car to accompany the tour. Please be aware of this!
Each person can carry up to one piece of luggage for free. Please note it in the "Special Needs" when placing an order! If there is no note or the excess part, you need to pay 2,000 yen/piece! If you are not informed in advance and carry it temporarily, it will cause congestion in the car and affect driving safety. The tour guide has the right to refuse guests to get on the car! And the fee is non-refundable!
The operator will send an email of travel information from 17:00 to 20:00 the day before the trip, including: pick-up time, tour guide, license plate, etc. Please check your emails, they may be in the spam folder; if you receive multiple emails, please check the latest one!
