Please note that child seats occupy approximately 1.5 seats, which may affect seating comfort and luggage space. ・The standard luggage size is 24–28 inches; oversized luggage or strollers must be notified in advance and will be calculated as 2 pieces of luggage. ・If the number of people or luggage capacity is exceeded, the responsibility and cost will be borne by the passenger. 【Vehicle Arrangement and Driving Range】 ・Vehicles may be changed to the same class of vehicle depending on the dispatch on the day. Specific vehicle models cannot be selected. ・If you wish to customize your route, please fill in your itinerary when placing your order for customer service confirmation. ・Driving range: Within 300 kilometers, centered on hotels departing from Tokyo. A service fee will be charged for cross-regional travel (such as Mt. Fuji + Hakone). ・Pick-up and drop-off locations are limited to hotels or guesthouses in the Tokyo city area; an empty car fee (JPY 5,000–20,000) will be charged for areas outside this region. ・Urayasu/Disneyland/Haneda Airport are not within the pick-up and drop-off range of Tokyo city. A one-way fee (JPY 5,000–10,000) will be charged for pick-up and drop-off in these areas. 【Chartered Service Time】 ・Standard service time: 10 hours. Overtime fees will be charged if this is exceeded. ・If the pick-up and drop-off locations are in different locations (such as Mt. Fuji/Hakone), the service time is 8 hours; time for the vehicle to travel empty to other areas must be reserved. ・Service time is between 7:00-22:00. If you need service outside of these hours, please indicate this when placing your order for customer service confirmation. 【Other Reminders】 ・The driver does not speak English but can use translation software to communicate with passengers. ・If you need to specify an English-speaking driver, please indicate this when placing your order for customer service confirmation. If arrangements can be made, a designation fee of JPY 5,000 will be charged. ・The driver’s contact information will be provided 1 day before departure (at least 3 hours before the service); please wait at the pick-up location 10 minutes in advance. ・If the itinerary includes “Mt. Fuji 5th Station,” you will need to pay the mountain road toll on-site (approximately JPY 2,100–3,700), which can be paid by the driver on your behalf. ・Communication reminder: LINE IDs cannot be added in some areas, so it is recommended to use WhatsApp, WeChat, or email to communicate.

【Overtime Fee】 Vehicles with 10 seats or less: JPY 5,000 will be charged for every hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour) Vehicles with 14 seats or more: JPY 10,000 will be charged for every hour exceeding the limit (any time exceeding 15 minutes will be counted as 1 hour) ・Delays caused by traffic jams, waiting, or other unforeseen circumstances will be included in the overtime fee.
