3 Days 2 Nights Group Tour in Sichuan Jiuzhai Huanglong Dujiangyan

this tour was amazing and exactly as detailed! There are extra fees as stated, but there’s tix for a local performance that is optional but very much recommended cuz it’s quite culturally enlightening. the comfy bus was v smooth and our tour guide 张晶晶导游 was so lovely n friendly. she had a way with words, incorporating questions that others asked into her group speech so everyone knows the details. she also told us many little details ie when to suit up for the cold, medications to take, how to adjust for the higher altitudes etc, things that I didn’t find when I was researching; I’m so grateful I decided to take a tour😮‍💨 There’s absolutely no pressure to buy anything, in fact we bought lots of snacks to share with each other and especially our tour guide, cuz she’s awesome and a crazily skilled photographer🤩🤩 love that she doesn’t smoke as well tbh, extra win imo Going in Apr means everything wasn’t as colorful BUT a lot less crowded too hehe~ might go again in Nov for the colors

Jiuhaigou valley definitely a must visit place in lifetime ,..1 day not enough time to see the whole valley. First , the way up was long and tiring . We even get stuck in snow storms and traffic … but all efforts worth doing when you are there . Must bring enough warm clothes as snowing sometime even summer due to high altitude . We got 1 driver , 1 Tuor guide and his assistant . 3 of them took care of us a small group . They followed us to hike every single places to make sure everyone are safe and well . They trying their best to hope everyone enjoys the trip . Recommended.

this is our best trip we’ve ever booked! our guide, 笑红尘 was very nice, helpful to us. We were very lucky because 12.31 Jiuzhaigou and 1.1 Huanglong was not very crowded, so we were enjoyed without too overcrowded (I heard that Jiuzhaigou was triple or quadruple crowded on 1/1,2😮‍💨). Also, we were very lucky to be able to witness snowing on 1.1 in Huanglong 🥹🫶🏻 Tips: our best spots in Jiuzhaigou, upper right side on maps -> stop at bamboo arrow lake(nice lake mountain view! but the lake colour is not as nice as FFL), panda lake(at that time, the lake was frozen so we got diff view❄️), five flower lake (this is the best one!! very huge place, you can get 4-5 different spot in just one place🫶🏻pic 1-4). on the upper left side is nice but quite small, just take few pics is enough, do not stop too long.

I couldn’t recommend this trip any more. The tour guide Director Yang was fantastic. My only regret was not knowing more Mandarin so I could understand all of his wisdom. That being said, knowing Mandarin is not at all a requisite for this trip. The tour offers a lot more than it says on Klook’s itinerary. We did multiple activites that weren’t even mentioned. The hotel we stayed at far exceeded expectations and was nothing short of amazing. Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong were both wonderful and all the stress of managing where to go and what to do was alleviated by Director Yang.

The guide Mr P Lee is a local Sichuan native and he is an easy going and friendly guy whom you can talk to easily. He communicates in Chinese only so you need to understand this language before signing up. He has plenty of interesting facts and stories to share about the history of Sichuan, Chongqing, food, travel bytes, and which points of intests to see in JiuzhaiGou as this is a very big place and it is quite a challenge to tour the whole sight in one day. He let the group travel as their own pace as everyone has different energy and speed level. He joins in the trek but you don’t have to follow him as the whole place has free shuttle bus to pick you as you go from point to point. JZG is beautiful even in winter although Oct will be more ideal if you want to catch the autumn colours at their best. HuangLong will be best to visit in other seasons as the water is frozen so you don’t get to see the majestic waterfall and calm view of the ponds. As promised by the guide, the tour is 100% sightseeing and there is no shopping and forced visits to time wasting sale presentations.

entire journey was wonderful. Tour guide (品德) was very nice, responsible and very attentive. After the journey was ended, he made sure everyone got in the public transport safely. He also accompanied us in every scenic area. Make sure all of us enjoy all the scene. very informative and talkative too.

This side trip is definitely worth a visit when you are in Chengdu! The view of Jiuzhaigou and Huanglong is very amazing and is surprisingly accessible due to the infrastructure of the nature reserves. Our tour guide, 李导游, is very knowledgeable and clear in his explanation. he constantly keeps track of where everyone is in the tour group but still gives us sufficient time to explore the places. Two thumbs up!

As someone who speaks minimal mandarin, this trip has exceeded my expectations. Our guide and driver - Mr Wang Yong Chang who took care of us from 27 - 29 June sorted out our tickets to all attractions and even helped me pay for a bus ride at one of the attractions due to payment issues and didn’t want to take any of my cash. He also check in at our accommodation for us and all we have to do is just bring ourselves to the room. The hotels provided were also really good quality and were really clean. Overall, this tour is definitely worth every penny. I even made friends with the people in my tour and we had a really good time!

The experience was great starting with the amazing tour guide. She was very accommodating as we were not the most fluent in Chinese and she would explain and speak slower for us. The tour was amazingly planned out and the views were spectacular. Definitley a place everyone should go once in a lifetime. The tour has made the whole trip very memorable and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

It’s very great Tour With such a good experience. I really get a great care from the guide both xiaotu and judy. The view is so stunning!!! The hotel is great and comfortable. all the stuff and the tour members always taking care of us with love. chinease people is really kind and friendly. thank you for taking care of us. and of course, this is the first time for me in China, but it will never last ❤️❤️
