As soon as I stepped foot in Phu Quoc, I had internet to use. It was fast and convenient. The staff took good care of everything. We didn't have to bother changing the SIM card ourselves. It was very good.

As soon as I purchased the sim card, I got a confirmation message. It was detailed, with images, clearly explaining where to pick up the sim. The kiosk was easy to find (advantage of a small airport) and the staff member was friendly and efficient. Overall, a great experience that I would highly recommend.

It was a very nice experience. My flight arrived at the domestic terminal, but the SIM card pickup was at the international terminal. Consequently, they arranged for a staff member to meet me outside the gate, and he provided me with the SIM and activated it on the spot. Their service was very good.

The kiosk is inside the international are. If coming from domestic tell guard that you are getting SIM from klook voucher. The guy will step outside and install the sim. Hot spot works even for the 3 GB 7 days. Speed may be a little slow at times.
