Been to many spas, this is one of my favourites. The location is convenient, just up Aberdeen street and 5-7 minutes away from Sheung Wan mtr. The outside shopfront seems small, but is actually spacious and welcoming inside. The consultant was kind and professional, despite having other customers when I arrived. They served tea on arrival, and showed a menu containing all the different treatment options with prices. I was then lead to a spacious and tastefully decorated room by my lovely therapist. Their treatment beds are the best! Fluffy blankets and crisp sheets; I immediately felt at ease. Even the wallpaper was on theme. The therapist was never idle for the 50 minute treatment, and was either conducting the facial or massaging my shoulders or arms. The Caudalie products smelled lovely and was soothing. There was an asmr quality to the process, nothing rough or rushed like some of the other spas. It was so relaxing that I fell into a restful sleep. No upselling; they did briefly introduce a promotion. I left with a goodie bag of samples and a well rested mind. Would return and def recommend! Thanks to the team for a perfect break.

One of the best facial! The therapist was so delicate, I fell asleep and woke up so relaxed. Highly recommend, and will definitely be back to try more! Before leaving they give you some samples to try at home.

The therapist provides comfortable massage with hand massage too. She has good patience to answer client's questions and don't hard sell at all. She is very nice that she don't talk during the facial process and let you rest and sleep quietly. They provide info for me to decide which plans I really need.

Also worthy of praise is the beautician Rain's good gestures. It is definitely a very good experience and comfortable! The only problem was that there was something wrong with the speakers in the room, which made a hissing sound all the time! Everything else is good!

Surprised my wife with a Facial Treatment for her birthday and she absolutely loved it. The Spa Manager Carrie, made sure I was comfortable and gave me some tea and snacks while I waited for my wife. My wife’s facial therapist Carly, made her feel so pampered and relaxed. Our overall experience at Caudalie Central was superb and will definitely visit again soon! Overall, a great experience. In addition to the facial, there was also a bit of body massage, which was so comfortable that I almost fell asleep. I would like to try the service at the Central branch if I have the chance.

As good as before!!! The masseur has moderate strength, and the massage on the face and body is very comfortable!! The staff will carefully explain the skin care products used in the treatment! Thoughtful!
