just in front of the JR station .. very convenient to redeem and quick process. so glad that I not require to carry my luggage along the way to yufuin and beppu

book thru klook and just show the qr code when you left the luggage and when i arrived at the hotel the bag was there at 6pm as they said. everything smooth and the counter was easy to find located below escalator near the hakata jr west side exit!

The desk isn't easy to find because it's practically just a pop-up between 8 and 10 AM. We had a JR Kyushu Rail Pass office employee show us the location the day before. The vouchers worked easily, and dropping off four suitcases took only 5-10 minutes. The luggage was delivered to our hotel by 6 PM on the same day. It was great! It's a shame that the same service isn't available for the return trip from Beppu to Fukuoka. Otherwise, you might have to participate in the battle for luggage lockers in Yufuin (luckily, we started from Beppu at 7:45 AM, so we avoided that, but we observed it at midday before continuing our journey from Yufuin). However, we absolutely recommend this service, especially since it offers same-day delivery, unlike the competitor with the cat logo. 👍

it was a same-day delivery of luggages from Hakata Station to Yufuin hotel, which was so convenient as we did not have to drag the huge lugagge around while travelling in the train. However, the desk at Hakata Station to drop luggage was slightly difficult to locate. Recommend to have a clearly direction and pictures to show the exact location of the drop-off desk inside the Hakata Station.

The process was very smooth and fast. The service location is at the Hakata Station reception counter, and it takes less than ten minutes to fill out the form and confirm, making it easy to go to Yufuin!

The Yufuin-no-Mori carriage to Yufuin requires getting on and off, so it is very convenient to use the checked luggage method. It takes some time to confirm and fill out the form when shipping. I hope there will be an electronic service that can directly scan the code to save time and avoid being a bit nervous when rushing to catch the bus.

This was my first time using Kyushu JR luggage delivery, and the location was also very good. We waited in the lobby of Hakata at 8:30 in the morning, and the staff helped us fill out the luggage slip and place our luggage. When we checked in at the Beppu hotel at 6:00 in the evening, our luggage had already arrived safely. It's really a great service. I never want to drag a large suitcase around stations and tourist destinations with stairs again. Just book it the day before, it's wonderful! 👏

The trip departs from Hakata, first going to Yufuin for sightseeing, and then staying at Beppu Onsen... I discovered this item on Klook, where you don't need to carry your luggage around. Just hand over your luggage to the staff at the counter opposite the entrance before 10 am, and when you arrive in Beppu in the evening, your luggage will already be delivered to the hotel.
