This is my second time to book at Paradise cruise. it’s very reliable and the men at the port and the manger on board are Filipinos. They gave us a very warm welcome, sooo accommodating, friendly and they even upgraded our room to the second floor. My friend however was not able to visit the surprise cave because they changed the itinerary.
Me, my husband and 2 teenagers (17 & 15 yrs) had a wonderful unforgettable experience on the Paradise Elegance. The facilities and staff were incredible. The itinerary was fantastic. I highly recommend it to all.
overall good experience. good food, great room with all amenities and attached bathroom, veranda. the trip a bit relaxed as compare to phuket water trip. more for elderly folks above 40 and not much adrenaline rush like snorkling , scuba diving. rather go for 300 steps hiking, cave watch, boating etc.
Plenty of food, plenty of choices, lots of flavor, plenty of activities, friendly crew, clean rooms, not too rough, no seasickness

We were arranged to stay in the smallest room, which was very troublesome to use and walk in. Why did we not have the same rights even though we paid the same price? This experience was quite unsatisfactory
