service: friendly front desk personnel 👍🏼 love the luggage transfer service provided by Mimaru (2300 yen) and we also stored our luggages (500 yen per piece per day) with the hotel for 2 nightz after checked out for USJ and went back after for another 2 nights with Mimaru
hotel location: great location, you can have everthing in Namba! food, shopping and walking distance to Dotonbori.
transport access: took rapit train from kansai airport to Namba station and walked to the hotel, was a bit confused on the route the first time but you get to know the place better after.
cleanliness: clean as expected

located conveniently near and within 5 minutes of walking distance to Namba City and Takashimaya, there are plenty to look around. walk a bit more and you’ll reach Dotonbori. the staffs are super friendly and super helpful. just note that if you would like to utilise the luggage same day delivery service by Mimaru, be sure to book days earlier (not 11pm the day before, as what they might tell you). it’s frequently fully booked.

Great experience for a family traveling with two kids under ten. Good location, close to both Namba and Nipponbashi stations, and surrounded by great restaurants and entertainment options. staff were incredibly helpful, and the games options was a extra cherry on top. Laundry options were easy as well, and made the entire few days we were here a whole lot easier than prior experiences we have had traveling in Osaka.

Excellent board games hotel. Walking distance to Namba station. Lots of eateries nearby. 2 Lawson convenience stores beside. Families with young children will enjoy.

The hotel is not easily find, spent extra time to locate the hotel as I went to wrong side. Other than that, everything was fine. Room is big, clean and all cooking utensils are complete and easily to use.

Got many board games and insteresting treasure hunts. Room is clean and spacious for 5 of us. The kids love the games, bunk beds and bath tub!

This apartment hotel just opened in June 2022. It is conveniently located near to 2 train stations. There are cheap food options nearby since it is located a bit south of Namba area so it is not as crowded. Hotel provided plenty of board games and my kids had fun treasure hunting around the room for golden coins!
