Close to Asakusa Station exit, about 8-10 mins walk and near 7/11 & vending machines. Quiet since it's in a residential area. Didn't receive email with entrance code, but they promptly replied when I emailed with rez details. Quick & smooth check-in/out process with a tablet in lobby that connects to a live person. Also had beverage/snack vending machine in lobby with laundry room next door. Small common room area next to lobby equipped with sink, microwave & few gacha machines with small souvenir magnets & pins. Required to remove shoes before entering hallway into the rooms. Be prepared to smell everyone's feet & deal with chaotic piles of shoes. We got the 2 bunk beds & 2 tatami beds. Room was spacious with toilet separate from shower- both were small spaces. Came with toiletries, slippers & heated seat/bidet. Customer service was efficient & they offer luggage storage (free) /disposal (with fee). 5 ⭐️ for 3 days stay for 4 ppl <$250.

It’s easy to check in the hotel but I think Klook needs to resolve the correct email address where the check in details like the pin code for the door and check in code. Playsis Asakusa mentioned that it was sent to Expedia so you have to chat Klook Support to get it for you. Or you have to call the hotel directly which is a hassle. This system should be fixed. The room we stayed in was clean but there’s a funky smell.
