The staff was nice and accomodating. They assisted us immediately when we needed something. The first room where we checked in looked nice, but there was a mild odor. We also found bed bugs on our bed; it’s sad to say but my wife had bed bug bites from that. The staff took care of the situation and moved us to a different and much cleaner room plus it has a better view of the Kyoto tower. Overall, our stay at Henn na Hotel Premier Kyoto was good.
