The hotel is in a great location, just a short walk from Ueno Station. However, I had a bit of an issue with their communication. I emailed them beforehand and they confirmed I could store my luggage overnight. But when I arrived, the staff at the front desk told me it wasn't possible. This was quite disappointing as it affected my travel plans. The rooms are clean and the area is convenient, but I suggest double-checking any special requests upon arrival.

The hotel is very close to Ueno Station and Ueno Park. Although the room is a bit small (standard for Tokyo), it is very well-organized and clean. The staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Check-in was smooth, and they even offered luggage storage after check-out. A great choice for solo travelers or couples on a budget

this hotel was a great choice for my travel needs, we did not intend to be in the room for long so we did not care that the room was smaller, but It was spacious enough for our bags and two people. We did not feel like we were on top of each other and the window opened so we were able to get some fresh air. The staff was super friendly so it was easy to check in and check out the bathroom was small, but I actually really enjoyed it. The transportation access was 10 out of 10. It’s so close to Ueno station which is a great walking area and the food options were really good too. Our room and hotel was very clean.
