fantastic stay friendly staff.driver was on time .good. But I would like to know why klook had deleted my negative review on tokyo airport transfer wherein I was left stranded in the airport with a baby for absurd reasons given by my transport operator chinichi co ltd.So if all klook wants is only good reviews I am really surprised what ur team is really upto.

Great hotel, staff really friendly and helpful. Staff didn't really speak english but were cleaver and used translator 😊 room in size was great, wasn't small like some reviews said. Very clean room. Every day we had a fresh towels and bottle of water hang on door. All toiletries provided, even pijamas. Location close to station and metro. Coffee and tea available 24hr/7 in a lobby(no snacks like some reviews said). The only minus was the breakfast, no buffet. Freshly made rice with boiled egg and salad etc but you could have croissant which was ok. If traveling with kids the breakfast may be an issue but arouns rhe corner was konbini so you could grab something. I would definitely recommend hotel and if traveling again i will pick exactely same hotel. Oh also the receptionist were giving some kawaii sticker for kids 😊
