All good, rooms are just small but clean enough?

staff very very helpful. hotel overall very nice. it’s just location little far from train station specially when you carrying luggage’s. Thanks 🙏🏼

We had a wonderful stay at APA Hotel Hirokoji! The location was excellent—just a short walk from Ameyoko Market and Akihabara, and multiple train stations, making it very convenient to explore Tokyo. There were also plenty of convenience stores, restaurants, and shopping areas nearby. The room was clean, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. While it's compact (as expected for Tokyo), the space was efficiently designed and the bed was comfortable after long days of sightseeing. The staff were friendly, professional, and accommodating throughout our stay. Check-in and check-out were smooth, and the hotel felt safe and quiet. Overall, this hotel offers great value for money. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Tokyo, especially if you want a convenient base near Ueno.

We stayed here for a week and had a wonderful experience! The room was definitely on the smaller side, but that's to be expected in Tokyo, and it had everything we needed. It was clean, modern, and beautifully maintained, making it a comfortable place to come back to after long days of exploring. The staff were incredibly kind and accommodating throughout our stay. They were always happy to help, and they even held our luggage for us on our last day, which made sightseeing before our flight so much easier. The location was another huge plus. There was a 7-Eleven directly across the street, and it was easy to get to nearby train stations and explore the city. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would absolutely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Tokyo!

clean but space might be too tight especially if you have luggage. cheaper option considering its tokyo

It's a very good experience. Although the sparrow is small, it has everything.

APA Hotel Ueno offers really great service. I was able to sleep well without hearing any noise from outside, which made my stay very comfortable. The location is excellent, especially for those who want to explore Ueno. Although they don’t have coin laundry facilities for tourists, I still had a great experience thanks to their accommodating staff and overall service.

Very good experience. Service in the front desk was exceptional, very helpful in everything. Room is small, but very comfortable, clean and cousy. Very good location, near restaurants, subway, akihabara and ueno.

We had a wonderful stay! The location was perfect for exploring, and the room was incredibly clean and comfortable. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with a smile. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

fire exit cannot be opened during the earthquake; staff said they really locked it for safety reason 🧐
