My family and I stayed in the Twin Hall (T) building. We booked a Fourth Room, which had 3 single beds, and 1 extra sofa bed. It was a little cramped, but is as expected in a Tokyo hotel. The bed frames are hollow so you can store your luggage inside, which helps the space situation. There are multiple food options and Family Marts, as well as a grocery store, and a Starbucks within the hotel. The JR station and the bus stop are also within a stone's throw away from the hotel. Will definitely stay here again.

The hotel is very conveniently located across the street from the Haneda Airport bus and Oimachi train stations. There's also two Family Marts, a grocery store, a Denny's and a Starbucks inside the hotel building. You'll never run out of places to explore and restaurants to try out since it's surrounded by malls. Only con is that the shower stops every 30 seconds and you'll have to turn the lever downward to keep it running. Would definitely stay here again.
