The hotel is very conveniently located just a 5-10 minute walk from two JR lines and the Mita station. The rooms are clean but they don’t have an iron located in them or body lotion so keep that in mind when packing. I was solo and on my first night there I asked for two more pillows because they only provided two pillows on the bed and I needed at least three because I needed one to prop my feet up after walking 10 miles a day. I was surprised that instead of bringing it to the room for me like in other hotels, they asked me to come to the reception to get them. I had on pajamas already but needed them so I went. Otherwise this hotel was good for convenience and their breakfast buffet was nice and had a variety. I only had it twice and it cost 2000 yen so pretty affordable but delicious.

Great and convenient location to the subway. Rooms were slightly more spacious than other same room types. Moring breakfast was just ok. We ate only once the 4 nights we stayed.

the best hotel i booked for this trip this place have the most value for money for me. 10 min walk to jr yamanote line. breakfast cut off is 9:30am. more spacious than apa hotels. and they do makeup room everyday as requested.
