We were able to leave our large luggages with them on the day we left for Yufuin. We came back after 2 nights. They didnt clean the room everyday but they got the trash and they changed our towels daily. Loved the hotel. My daughter didnt like the onsen. She felt the water was dirty.

Best hotel I stayed at in Japan beachse room was spacious. Separate toilet and bath so it was not cramped. Bathroom has a space for shower and there was a bath tub. Never liked taking a shower in the tub. There was a washing machine on 2nd floor which we used. Cons would be no free coffee or tea. We had to go down to borrow cups at the front desk. But staff was nice and accommodating. The hotel was near the subway. Loved the location. Quiet area, a 7-11 and Lawson nearby. My first time in Fukuoka and the city felt peaceful compared to Tokyo.

Great location that's within walking distance to places of interest. Many good food establishments around too. Amenities and free coffee provided at the lobby is a big plus.
