the stay was really good, all the staff was very well presented and their formality was the best I had seen in all my life, but for the price I paid when I chose the castle view room (which I didn't get a castle view room at all) was not worth the overall price of the stay itself.

Had an incredible stay at this 5-star hotel in Osaka! The service was impeccable, with friendly staff catering to every need. The rooms were spacious, beautifully designed, and offered stunning city views. The hotel’s amenities, esp. the on-site dining were top-notch. Perfect location for exploring the city. Truly a luxurious and memorable experience!
