I love this hotel. The staff really made it great. Unfortunately i became sick with food poisoning from a pizza place down the street from this hotel. The staff was so quick to help me get to an ER. They were so kind and helpful. I couldn't fully experience the hotel as i was so sick, but the staff there was awesome .

Hotel is in a very good location. airport Subway station to nagoya is just 5 mins walk to hotel going thru underground walkway. very convenient to go to subway, shopping in underground and city center area. hotel is a little old and dated in the room but location is really superb.

The hotel room was clean. had all the necessary amenities. it was near the train station and convenience stores. microwave, ice maker, and coin laundry were available in common floors. overall good experience in this hotel.

The reception was at the 11th floor, and our rooms were at the 15th floor where we had a great view of the train tracks. It was winter time and only the heater can be used that it got too hot in the room we had to open up a window slightly. We chose this hotel because we were leaving the following day thru Nagoya airport and it was very near the express train going there. Hot & cold water worked well. It is near restaurants and malls, and a Starbucks which opened early for breakfast.

The hotel is very accessible to the train station and just right above the mall. So convenient going to our pick-up ponit to Shirakawa-go. The hallway and rooms may need some updating though.

The place wqs good and very convenient. It was next to everything, shops, trains and restaurants. Walking everywhere was covenient and train station was less that 3 minute walk. The view from our window was very cool. The vibe was chill and quiet. Our room was cleaned almost everyday unless we put the "don't disturb" sign on the door. Our supplies were refreshed daily and when they can't clean the room a paperbag of supplies were left at our door. The breakfast was quite enjoyable and everyone was polite and super helpful. It was an old hotel but the facilities were superb. Will definitely choose this hotel again.

loved our stay. the staff can speak english. easy check in and check out. location is good, right beside the nagoya station. Rooms are small but got everything you need in it. Will recommend!
