This is the second time I have stayed at this hotel after 7 years and I still love it. Rooms are compact and while it was a bit of a struggle to conveniently place my luggage it was still a good choice. Staff were helpful, lots of amenities are provided for and with a coffee shop at the entrance and many convenience stores close by it was the perfect choice.

The location is perfect for us. It is walking distance to the Shinjuku station. Across the hotel is Mcdonalds. Just nearby is 711. Metropolitan Government Center is just about 15 min walk from the hotel. There are lots of restaurants nearby. Hotel is clean. Water pressure is good. Toilet is clean.

Good location for my tour meeting place. Which why I booked this hotel in Shinjuku West in the business section. Close to Nish-Shinjuku train station, a 7-ELEVEN, Family Mart, lots of restaurants and McDonald's. My only issue I had, they did not provide water bottles for me. All my other four hotels I stayed in Japan provided water bottles.
