The staff truly went above and beyond when I experienced a sudden flight cancellation. They helped me so much during a stressful time and provided me with a room completely hassle-free and seamless. The entire staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. I had a wonderful stay at the b hakata hotel! The rooms are very clean and the staff cleans them thoroughly every single day. I really appreciate we can ask for toiletries such as facial wash, lotion and skin milk refills. A huge highlight was the free pastries they provide in the afternoon every day—such a delicious and thoughtful treat after walking around the city! The entire staff was incredibly polite, helpful, and welcoming throughout our trip. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent service and great hospitality

The B Hakata locates conveniently with walking distance to Hakata station in ~10 minutes. The room is clean and the room size is comparatively more spacious than expectation. It provides free ice cream and coffee at the lobby , that we really appreciate .
