アプリで見た画像の部屋とはまったく違いました。壁紙も床も古く、部屋の臭いも気になりました。長い時間部屋に居たいと思えなかったです。

Good 端の部屋だったからかWiFiが途切れ途切れつながらなかった
禁煙の部屋にしたのに灰皿も置いてありタバコくさかった
安いし、近隣に飲食店が多く歩いて高知城やひろめ市場なんかも行けて場所的には良かった

Below average Its an old and dirty hotel with wallpaper peeling off. There’s thick dust on the curtain. Stain on window frame and washroom wall. The room smelled when I arrived, thanks that there’s a bottle of spray.
You can hear noise on the street and next door because of the thin wall.
The bed is quite hard and the pillow is not comfortable that I suffered from neck pain in the middle of the night.
The only good thing is the location. Its about 10 mins from Kochi station and Hariyama bridge. Lots of restaurants nearby. Just a couple of mins away from one end of the Sunday market.
Overall, I think its not quite up to Japan hotel standard.
