The location is close to a lot of shops and the train. The room was average, nothing special and the beds are a bit hard. Nothing like other places we have stayed, but I wouldn’t consider them to be semi soft at all. The room for two adults was a bit cramped, so splurge for the larger room if it’s available. * Laundry is limited and once you start your load you cannot stop it , no matter what! Nothing really great about this hotel. It’s fine for a place to put your head, but if you have the budget… stay somewhere that is more inclusive and has an onsen on property! It will be worth it!

it is very close to the metro station. the area is nice and quiet. not as crowded as the central area. a big supermarket next door which is very convenient. the staff is friendly. the room is spacious. however the pillow is a bit too low. overall a decent experience.
