The location of the hotel is quite good. The AEON Mall is very close to the hotel. The hotel room is a bit small, but it's clean and tidy.

Walking distance to kidzania, 4 stops only to Disneyland/sea via train, close to Toyosu market.Aeon mall was just right across and a lot of convenient stores like 7-11, daily are nearby.Best part was it had an airport bus stop infront that was super convenient going home via Narita airport. Hotel also offers free shuttle service to and from toyosu station but limited time only. This is best utilized when going to other areas like shinjuku, shibuya,ikeburro, akasusa, akhihara, ginza, ueno area which takes several train stops. There are bus stops right in front and across the streets which can be used as well. Hotel has a public bath for guest to utilize and even have book rentals, common microwave, ice maker, coin operated laundry services. They provide bottled waters. Only con was the booking part where I indicated 2 adults and 2 children via klook and voucher indicated number of guests but we had to pay extra at the hotel to accomodate as we were advise we exceeded number of guest.

Smaller rooms then expected. Not to much happening in the area , the mall next door is a nice touch however only really has general wares section and a grocery store on the bottom. 7/11 next door was good other then that not to much happening in the area.
